Join one of Australia’s most experienced conscious connected breathwork and bodywork practitioner-trainers, Phil Morey, founder of Inspired Breath, and the 3rdSpace team for a unique two-and-a-half-day immersive experience exploring the connection between the breath and the body.

Through conscious connected breathwork, bodywork/bioenergetics, nervous-system education, shadow work, emotional integration and authentic group connection, you’ll build practical somatic tools to:
