Inspired Breath is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personal information is not actively shared. In particular, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected on our web servers.

This promotion is conducted by Inspired Breath (“the Promoter”).

Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00pm AEST on 1st July and closes at 11:59pm AEST on September 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and associates of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants confirm they are physically and mentally capable of participating in retreat activities and understand that additional screening may be required before attendance.

How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Complete the competition quiz via the designated Facebook, Instagram pages.
  2. Provide a valid name and email address.
  3. Submit the completed quiz before the closing date.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

Prize

One winner will receive a 50% discount on the advertised retail price of the Inspired Breath 7-Day Retreat scheduled for November 7th 2026 in Katoomba NSW 

The prize:

  • Is not transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be redeemed for any other program or service.
  • Must be used for the specified retreat unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

Any travel, accommodation, insurance, meals outside those included in the retreat package, and incidental expenses remain the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection

This is a game of chance.

The winner will be selected by random draw within 7 days of the competition closing date.

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s business premises or via a random electronic selection process.

The first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Publication of Winner

The winner’s first name and state of residence may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

By entering, participants consent to such publication.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to:

  • Receiving communications regarding the competition.
  • Being added to the Inspired Breath email and marketing database.
  • Receiving future promotional communications.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Health and Participation Requirements

Winning the prize does not guarantee participation in the retreat.

The winner must complete any required health screening, intake forms, waivers, or suitability assessments.

The Promoter reserves the right to decline participation if attendance is considered unsuitable or unsafe for the participant or the group.

Where participation is declined, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equivalent value at its discretion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:

  • Technical failures.
  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  • Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility associated with the promotion.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries.
  • Disqualify entrants who breach these Terms.
  • Cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize value: $1,890 AUD, being 50% of the standard retreat fee of $3,780 AUD.

Inspired Breath servers collect the following analytics:

Inspired Breath does not associate this data to individual user identities.

    Inspired Breath site may use “cookies” in order to deliver web content specific to individual users’ interests or to keep track of online purchasing transactions. Sensitive personal information is not stored within cookies.

    Webforms
    Inspired Breath uses webforms forms on this site. These forms require users to give contact information such as name and email address. Contact information from the registration form is used only to send material relating to marketign of future events for which it was collected and will not be sold to another party.

    Inspired Breath will only use personal information collected from this site for the purpose of communication back to individuals who contact us via the site.
