About Course

Phil explains where the origin of anger might lie within us.

Lesson 1 :  Lesson 1 Getting In Touch with Your Anger

Descprition:

In this video, We get straight to it by getting in touch without anger through leg kicking, arm movements and head turning and not forgetting to make some sounds! Just start by doing it in a mechanical fashion for 15-30 seconds, then move into being more full on with giving it some feeling for another 30-60 seconds.

Lesson 2 : Lesson 2 Getting In Touch with Anger – Arms and Shoulders

Despription:

In our second lesson on Getting In Touch with Anger, we get to bash some pillows! And make a sound. Start with just getting the feel of it for 15-30 seconds, then move into 30 – 2 minutes of full-on bashing those pillows, but be sure to make some sound – bring it up from guts!

Lesson 3 : The ‘Owwwch’ Exercise to Release Deep Pain

Description:
In our final Lesson in this mini-course on letting go of anger, this exercise goes deeper into the origin of our pain. Arms straight out, then say the word ooowwwch. Draw the word out, and say it repeatedly, but then you can freely associate, and say anything that comes to mind. Start at 2 mins, you should work up to 5 mins. This one is powerful. Make sure to rest and be still afterward.
